"I just don’t think it’s worth the..."
I just don’t think it’s worth the price. For what you actually get, it feels overpriced, like, give me a break. I expected a lot more value.

"Speed issues never really improved"
I hosted my site with interserver.net for a while, and after the first couple of weeks I started noticing it felt slow almost every day. Some afternoons pages would take forever to load, and every now and then the server would just lag for no obvious reason. I reached out to support a few times over the next month, and while they did reply, the speed never really got any better. After dealing with it for a while, I finally decided to move my site somewhere else...

"I had a frustrating time getting this..."
I had a frustrating time getting this set up. The instructions weren’t very clear, and when I reached out for help, the support responses felt like they were just copy-pasted instead of actually addressing what I was stuck on. Overall, it was harder to use than I expected.

"Too many outages and not enough clear communication"
I really wanted Interserver to work out, but the uptime just wasn’t reliable enough for me. Things seemed to go down at random, usually at the worst possible times, and getting clear answers from support was frustrating. I didn’t feel like they explained what was happening or gave me much confidence it wouldn’t happen again. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, the reliability and communication just weren’t there.

"Support took way too long"
Uh, support was slow. I waited forever to get a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really help much.
